Yes, We Even Have An Alternate Logo

Last week we unveiled the sweetest logo on the face of the planet (see above).  Thanks to all of you that passed along your compliments.

I wanted to take a second to express my gratitude for the artist who created this masterpiece.  Can you tell I am happy with the results?  A big thanks goes out to my older brother Thomas Joseph Adamowicz Jr. or as the family knows and loves him, T.J.

A few weeks ago, I contacted him with an idea for this logo.  I sent him my thoughts on what I envisioned and voila!

Let me take a second or two to brag about my older bro. As long as I can remember, his talents in terms of illustration and graphic design have absolutely dumbfounded me.

This isn’t the first time I have had to thank him for helping me out either.  A few years back I won my fifth grade presidential election in a landslide.  As much as I hate to admit it, the win had nothing to do with my far fetched promises of full day recess or pizza every day for lunch.  The victory was completely based on the kick ass campaign posters he drew for me.

The posters were of various comic book heroes pointing at my classmates saying, “Vote for Jason!”.  Of course these appeared as if I had hired a professional and looked something like this:

I have been known to exaggerate for effect, but this is no joke.  Even at the age of 14, T.J.’s material had a professional quality to it.

Unfortunately, he won’t be able to give you the family discount.  But the way I see it, is I earned it by taking my lumps from him in true little brother fashion when we were kids.

By the way, whatever you do, don’t wake him up early in the morning.  He doesn’t really like that.  If you do, you may find yourself trying to dodge a flying kitchen chair.  Just sayin’……
